Shipping & Delivery Costs

We only ship to Australian addresses.

FREE standard AusPost shipping is available Australia-wide on all personal shopping orders over $75.

For orders under $75, a flat rate of $9.95 will be charged for standard AusPost delivery. 

Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to have your order dispatched within 48-72 hours, however, delays can sometimes occur. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery thereafter. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please let us know by contacting Customer Care on 03 8727 6700 or contact@homefragranceroyaldoulton.com.au

If you require your order urgently, you can select the Express Post option at checkout for an additional charge. A flat rate of $14.95 will be charged for Express Post shipping. 

Please be aware, it is at the discretion of each Australia Post driver to choose to leave your parcel at the delivery address if it is unattended. Due to this, we suggest a delivery location where you or another trusted person can receive the parcel. If you choose your work as your delivery address, please remember to provide us with the company name, building name, department, floor/level in addition to street address.

At all times we aim for prompt delivery and dispatch, however, delivery and dispatch times are only indicative as we rely on third parties beyond our control.

**Covid-19 Update** 

Due to large volumes of freight with Australia Post, your parcel may experience some transit delays. Unfortunately, these delays are outside Home Fragrance Royal Doulton’s control, however we provide Australia Post tracking so that you can track the transit of your parcel. Express Post is also not guaranteed at this time.

Shipping - International Orders

Please note we do not ship Home Fragrance Royal Doulton products internationally.

Order Tracking

We will include tracking details in your order confirmation email. Otherwise, simply call Customer Care on 03 8727 6700 or email contact@homefragranceroyaldoulton.com.au and we will be able to provide the status and location of your order.

Refunds & Returns

If you believe a product purchased from www.homefragranceroyaldoulton.com.au is damaged or faulty and wish to return it for a replacement or refund, please call Customer Care immediately on 03 8727 6700 and we will do out best to replace the product or provide a refund. 

We will contact you within three business days upon receiving your call or email to confirm the details and options. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase and the faulty product in question. We may request you email us a photo of proof of damage.

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds if you have changed your mind, made an incorrect selection or have found a cheaper priced item somewhere else. Therefore we recommend that you take due diligence whilst shopping online and preview your order before proceeding with the final payment. 

Returns Shipping

Any shipping costs attributed to returning the goods where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product) will be at the cost of the provider. We recommend proof of postage for your return.

Returns Timeframe

Goods must be returned within 30 days from the day goods are dispatched by us.

Refund Method

Refunds can only be made using the same payment method you used to make your online purchase. Refunds are processed within (5) days of receipt of return or upon receiving photographic evidence. Bank delays are out of our control.

Prize Awarding:

Decisions of the Promoter are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into. The name of the prize winner will be published and notified on the Home Fragrance Royal Doulton Instagram and/or Facebook page either in a new post or as a comment on the original post.

If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoter’s conduct of the Competition or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize/s to the prize winner/s of the Competition, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same or similar conditions or select another winner.
